Photon Medical Group is the clinical employer and medical oversight entity for corporate health centers and occupational health programs β providing qualified, credentialed healthcare professionals to organizations that depend on reliable clinical staffing.
"Photon Medical Group is the clinical employer and medical oversight entity for corporate health centers and occupational health programs."
Photon Medical Group is a physician-owned clinical practice providing on-site healthcare professionals for employee health programs and healthcare facilities. We operate as the clinical employer of record for the professionals we deploy β meaning we handle hiring, credentialing, compliance, and clinical oversight.
We are not a traditional staffing agency. We are a licensed medical group practice that employs clinical professionals and places them in structured healthcare environments where employer-sponsored health programs require qualified clinical support.
Our physician ownership ensures that the clinical professionals we employ have appropriate medical oversight, clearly defined scope of practice, and the support they need to deliver high-quality care in every setting we serve.
Photon Medical Group serves two groups: the employers and facilities who need reliable clinical professionals, and the clinicians who need a structured, compliant employer to work through.
We serve as the employing medical practice for NPs, RNs, LPNs, MAs, and allied health professionals deployed to corporate health centers and occupational health programs.
As a physician-owned practice, we provide the medical direction, collaborative agreements, and clinical oversight structures required for nurse practitioners and other licensed professionals.
We credential every clinician we employ, verify licenses, complete background checks, and ensure full compliance with site-specific and regulatory requirements before any assignment begins.
We employ licensed and certified healthcare professionals across a range of clinical disciplines.
Adult, family, and occupational health NPs providing clinical oversight, primary care, and health program management at corporate health centers and occupational health programs.
RNs supporting occupational health programs, employee health screenings, biometric testing, and general clinical operations across corporate and healthcare settings.
LPNs providing clinical support, patient intake, documentation, and health monitoring in employee health environments and occupational health program settings.
Certified MAs handling patient intake, vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, and clinical administrative functions at corporate health centers and program sites.
Certified phlebotomists, health screeners, and allied health professionals supporting specific clinical program needs at corporate and healthcare facility sites.
We offer per diem, contract, and full-time employment, with consistent shift structures and advance scheduling.
Every clinician Photon employs goes through a structured credentialing and compliance process before their first assignment. Here is exactly what that looks like.
Submit your application or resume. A member of our recruiting team will contact you within one business day to discuss your background, available assignments, and the process.
We verify your license through the appropriate state licensing authority, confirm good standing, and run a background check appropriate to the assignment type.
We collect your required clinical documents β certifications, immunization records, health clearances, and site-specific requirements β and maintain your credentials file.
Each assignment site may have additional compliance requirements. We prepare you with any site-specific orientation, protocols, and required trainings before your start date.
Once credentialing is complete, you receive a formal offer with assignment details, schedule, rate, and reporting information. We stay in contact throughout your assignment.

We partner with employers to establish onsite clinics that support their teams. This allows employees to access routine medical care without needing to take time off for appointments or testing, making it easier to maintain a healthy and productive workforce.
